Uworld is the only resource I used to study for the ABIM board. I read plenty of other things all the time, but specifically for this test the uworld database was sufficient and I passed by a large margin. That's all I'm doing. I've had attaendings say they passed comfortably on uworld alone. Yup, just do Uworld.
