SIG's 2012 catalogue states (paraphrase) "smaller grip included" with gun. This would lead one to believe that the higher the number, the smaller the grip. The Sig Sauer P2022 is indeed a wonderful gun. We have 5 Sig Pro's in our family and every one of them get the pants shot off of them. Both of the Sig's have had many many rounds through them w/o any problems. This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread.

Thanks for the replies. I was leaning towards the SP2022 as I don't like the look of the P250, I just think it looks cheap, and I wanted a decent plastic Sig before they were discontinued.
